Douglas has been actively involved in the design and construction industry for over 30 years. Before founding iDesign, Douglas worked as both a general contractor and construction manager.

His project experience includes medical healthcare buildings, education facilities, industrial buildings, high and mid-rise office buildings, religious facilities, multi-family apartment buildings, entertainment and hospitality facilities, municipal buildings, and residential.
